We offer CNC machining services for both prototyping and production runs. Our capabilities include milling/drilling/tapping operations on 3-axis vertical mills as well as turning operations on lathes with live tooling capability. We can machine parts from various materials such as aluminum alloys (6061-T6/7075-T6), stainless steel (303/304/316), brass/copper alloys as well as plastics such as Delrin/Acetal/Nylon.
Stamping
Our stamping capabilities include progressive die stamping up to 150 tons capacity using coil-fed material up to 0.125" thick. We also offer single hit stampings using blanked material up to 0.250" thick in various shapes/sizes/materials.
Wire EDM Services
We provide wire EDM services for intricate shapes/profiles requiring tight tolerances (+/-0.0002") using wire diameters ranging from 0.004" - 0.012". Our machines are capable of cutting through materials such as carbide/tungsten/molybdenum/stainless steel/aluminum/copper alloys/plastics etc.
