Agent Linda Seyffert is not honest or trustworthy! Do not give them any money or business! They misrepresent their clients, lie to their clients and who knows what else! Agent literally tried to push me into a real estate purchase where home didn't appraise. When I questioned her she said find a new lender that will use sellers appraisal? Now isn't that a conflict since appraisal was almost $100K more than home was actually appraised for? I trusted the name of the Broker only to get burned by their agent. And now during a pandemic my money is held in escrow and I am unemployed and receiving no unemployment. Single mom of 2 supporting a grandchild as well. Unbelievable!!!
