About dean & david
The idea for dean&david was born during Davidβs sabbatical year following his politics and economics studies. David travelled around the world with open eyes and was rewarded with the inspiration for his individual cuisine. His trip to New York is reflected in the salad bars, Australia is represented by fresh juices and smoothies, while the travels in Southeast Asia are responsible for the spicy Thai curries and soups. A true potpourri of taste or, to put it another way: lifestyle with a kick of freshness! Back in Munich and in cooperation with Teresa Tesche, a nutrition specialist from Weihenstephan University, fast food was redefined and became simple, modern and urban. A hotspot for healthy trend-setters was born.
