Emily Gomez is a highly recommended agent for any personal insurance needs. She helped and guided me through the process of obtaining my homeowners and my auto insurance. I honestly cannot say that I ve received better customer service from an insurance agent, prior to this experience. I was offered a lesser premium by an arrogant agent elsewhere and because of Emily s exceptionally high level of customer service and ability to provide full detail and explanation in all factors, I bonded my insurance policies through her preferably. Anybody who needs help with their homeowners and auto insurance should greatly consider the services Emily Gomez is fully capable of providing for them. I ve never been happier with another agent. I worked closely with Ricario Ramirez- He was fantastic. I had 2 car & 1 Home policy that were too $$$. He really worked hard and was tenacious in saving me over $2700/yr and spent the time with me to make me feel comfortable the coverages were the same. Good luck getting your account rep to ever call you back. Each time I try to speak to my rep it takes 2 weeks and I typically have to escalate it above them. While my company has had issues with this over the past year..... I've only called twice and this has been my experience each time. They also never update the account information and continue to email EE no longer with the company on top of that.

I recently needed to change my auto and home owners policies to save money. I called and spoke with Stephen. Within 24 hours he had quotes from a well known company that saved me a thousand dollars. Through out the entire process he answered all my questions and was very helpful and patient. He took care of everything. Stephen has my business for life.

Claudio was very good to deal with. Unlike many brokers I have used in the past Claudio was very careful to understand my insurance needs, which are relatively complex.
Claudio was also careful to make sure that the information sent to underwriters was accurate. On many occasions, include my last broker (no names) made fundamental data errors which I have to spend time correcting.
