Good luck getting your account rep to ever call you back. Each time I try to speak to my rep it takes 2 weeks and I typically have to escalate it above them. While my company has had issues with this over the past year..... I've only called twice and this has been my experience each time. They also never update the account information and continue to email EE no longer with the company on top of that.
