I work in an auto dealership and when the dealer policy system was introduced I was a fan from day one. I am in no way affiliated or paid by them but I m sure going to sound like it! They have helped save our clients over 300K a year (combined) and when I saw the consistency in savings I hopped the band wagon and gave it a shot for my personal policy. About a year ago they were able to save me well over $100 a month on auto insurance. Today I received a call from Danica Zirkle (although I ve had a great experience with all the underwriters) she is by far the best. She didn t need to call me nor do I believe she was paid to but she did, and when she called me she let me know she had checked out my rate for me and can save me another $120 a month. Guys my insurance is almost free now in comparison to what I was paying before I tried policy! She also help me shop my homeowners insurance, I couldnt believe the amount of effort she was willing to put in to help me save more money with the company I m already using. While I was closing on my home my brain was fried (if you have ever been a first time home buyer you know what I mean). Danica was able to remind me of a few important details and questions I hadn t even thought of! She also helped make sure to take me out of the picture and deal directly with my loan company which I m sure was extra work for her but she had no idea how helpful this was.

High turnover, agents leaving constantly, no consistency. I get the impression that they are mismanaged. Not recommended

Just terrible. They issued me a policy with a clerical error that made it invalid and I couldn t get the other person s name off it over the course of months (before I found out it was actually straight up invalid). Spoke with an agent Bernie who said everything would get taken care of and call me right back. Didn t hear back. Didn t hear back from my follow up call - took business elsewhere. Run don t walk away this was a complete horror show of an experience. Couldn t be worse. Maybe you ll get lucky
These guys do a fantastic job supporting their customers: they are friendly, quick, and very effective at saving you money. About 80% of the people I have recommended lower their rates. Saving 50% is common! I use them as my personal agent, and my rate went down this year! Please check your auto insurance every 3 years or so, I had an elderly man that was paying $3,000 a year on 1 car because he hadn't switched in 30 years! Dealer Policy got him down to $1,000 a year.
