The Team at Dealer Inspire is awesome. I have been working with the Team at DI. for the 6 months developing 17 new web sites for our group.
DI. may be in the Automotive Web site business, but there people are what really puts DI. ahead of the rest.
Dealer Inspire is the best! We run two Dealer Inspire sites for the dealerships that I represent. Our traffic has almost doubled! Sara and Ryan are wonderful to work with and their SEO advice is outstanding.
Hands down the best automotive website platform out there, backed by the best support and performance manager team! We've been a client for the better part of a decade and now have 15 sites with them. Constant innovation is ingrained in their culture and it shows.
Do I work here now? Absolutely, and proud of it. But was I a DealerInspire customer for two years prior to joining the company? Yes indeed! Needless to say I wouldn't have jumped at the opportunity to join such an amazing team if I wasn't a big believer in the company and culture and that's been assembled. Truly found my dream job, and I'm thrilled to be a part of this team.
In the last 5 years I have watched this company grow. I will admit I wasn't that impressed with their support a few years ago, but they have improved their support team and I am a very happy customer. Keep up the great work
We payed for four years for this company to handle our website and there was not one month where I didn't have to call and have them fix my rebates. I had to ask repeatedly for aged items that shouldn't have been on the site to be taken down and some of it still has not been completed. They are impossible to get ahold of and they will never give you a straight answer its always "we will have to open a case with our maintenance team" that you have no way of corresponding with. I would strongly recommend not using them as a provider.
The worst support team I have ever dealt with! No returned calls, no updates, they just leave you hanging. Can't get rebates or pricing correct!
You just don't know until you try. Its hard to imagine how much better this place is, but they are clearly a Marketing Company that remains a Market First, Automotive Second which is where Automotive usually fails. Too many OEMs and Marking Companies become the Automotive status Quo. I hope no one reads this review so we can stay ahead of our competition.
This company proceeds to develop and sadly their degree of help is deteriorating. Despite how you speak with them, they don't appear to mind any longer. A basic request can transform into another issue.
