A little pricey for what is offered here, but its beautiful
This place is truly unreal! Also loved that my dog could go on a couple of trails! I can t wait to come back and explore! Also, head over to canyonlands near by, you will not be disappointed!
One of my favorite places to visit. Beautiful view of the river as it carves it's way around. Easy walking to see all the great views.
If you 4X4 it's very close to the Gemini Bridge trail... not to be missed.
One of my favorite places to visit in south-east Utah. Just take your time to enjoy the beauty of nature - the view is breathtaking! And one of my other favorite spots nearby is Arches N.P. - it s just a 30 minute ride from there and you definitely don t want to miss out on either of them!
We were coming from canyon lands and we didn't feel the $10 fee was worth it. The only thing that you see different is the Green River. This review is just for the view. We didn't have time to hike. We just past through it after hiking in Canyon Lands on our way to Grand Junction.
Beautiful views but admission price too much for the park. Small park.
Dead Horse Point gives you a gorgeous overlook of Canyonlands. Definitely stop by if you can.
What a fantastic view. Hiked East-West Rim loop on a stormy day.
So much beauty! Nicely shaded area. Go early when it is not too hot.
Fantastic views! Looking forward to camping there one day.
Great views early morning. If you have limited time, I would recommend canyonlands and arches however.
Outstanding park. Don"t miss it. Excellent displays in visitor center. Great signage throughout park. Incredible views down into canyon. Not crowded.
The most amazing views! Walk the rim trail, its about 5-6 miles in total, but you will be away from everyone else and be able to enjoy the incredible vistas in silence.
Go to the visitors center to see some of the history, geology and wildlife.
A blast. Very hard for an east coast novice biker. Got my first Moab tattoo!
The views and hiking seemed very similar to Canyonlands which is right next door. The views here are spectacular, but Canyonlands are even better with more hiking options.
It is a small but very scenic and beautiful state park.
Beautiful piece of the world right here. The sunrise was spectacular and so peaceful.
You can see the whole canyon from here, saves the drive for all day at canyon lands
Beautiful place to visit. What a wonderful mix of natural beauty and park management. Had a great time here. It's a very different experience in the winter.
One of the many astounding views in Canyonlands State Park.
I loved Dead Horse Point. Not only does it have some of the best sights near Moab, but it aslp has excellent mountain biking trails. My friends and I went to Moab for a week to bike and near the end of our trip, went out to dead horse for an afternoon. It was, by far, one of the best routes we biked. We loved Slick Rock and others, but Dead Horse was a unique type of riding and allowed for a lot of customization in size and difficulty, all while starting from the same parking lot. Would highly recommend taking the rim trail at some point.
Seriously underrated. Go! Worth the 4 mole loop from The visitors center to deadlocked point and back to walk rather than drive
Amazing scenery and different views o. Either side of the rim. Our kids were able to hike it no problem. Dont go to canyon lands area and skip dead horse point.
This has a small campground feel with a GRAND BEAUTY for those who are lucky enough to reserve their spot in time! The sunsets & sunrises can only be compared to that of the Gran Canyon in our family s option-but NO CROWDS!!!! The trails are GREAT too! Run? Bike? Or enjoy hiking? This place is for you!
Breathtaking, a 1000 words can't describe this unique place.
Well worth a side trip from moab/arches amazing views and great hiking
Good site to feel flow of time and paradise for MTB enjoying. This is not Grand canyon but very nice place to enjoy Mt Bike in state park.
Haven't been since I was a kid. Try to fill a car up to make it worth the entry price, but definitely an amazing view.
Stunning views! Pleasant hike around the east and west rims adds to the experience. 20.00 Pass was good for 2 days and would have visited again if my stay in the area were longer.
The mountain bike trails are super, super well-crafted, and maintained. Excellent for those not in top shape wanting excellent views and varied and challenging intermediate terrain. Spring is beautiful with flowering cacti.
My very favorite place on my Moab trip!! Just breath taking. First visit to Moab just loved arches and Goblin valley! But dead horse is where I would choose to be.
I like this view better than an of that in Canyonlands or at least the Island in the Clouds part. Not a bad sandwich at the sandwich shack either.
Good camp site even with a tent, just be prepared for the heat
Not too many spots and cost 10 bucks which is a bit not worthy.
A very magnificent view point and you see the most amazing sunsets from there. The view to river is simply amazing. It definitely worth drive to dead horse man point. The landscape out and cut in the conyons are simple worth seeing. There is also a small salt mine which is to the left and it stand out to rest the location.
Hike and hike and hike, even for us older people, not too difficult, around the lookout area.
Very scenic. Clean and well taken care of. Great place to visit.
Sunrise here was amazing and puts you in Canyonlands before the crowds!
Great place to see the stars. Got some nice shots from my Sony A6400 of the milky way and constellations
We paid 15.00 at the entrance and it was worth the money. This state park is vase and scenic. There is a western romantic vibe and lots of mountain bike trails and hiking trails to soak it all in. I recommend a trip out here at least once in your life to experience the great outdoors of south east Utah.
Another absolutely beautiful place, in the land of beautiful places. A must see if you are already in Canyonlands!
Very nice and helpful people. We felt really welcome.
The usual stuff but still worth a stop.
