Bauer's Intelligent Transportation Review

Bauer s did an exceptional job for my sisters wedding. We had two coaches for the wedding and both drivers were kind and professional. They safely transported the guests to two locations. This really helped with her big day!

I'm only giving one star because I have too. On August 13, 2016, I was injured on one of their buses. The bus driver allowed to many people on the bus and people were standing in the isle. The bus was going to fast and slammed the brakes on and the people in the isle went forward and landed on my arm that I had on the seat in front of me bracing myself.
I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was injured with a radial fracture of my right arm. I have made repeated calls and emails to a Mike Albertolle, regarding my medical bills. Ambulance bill $1159.66 and an emergency room bill of $4724.00.
I have had to have my insurance company paid for part to stop the medical bills from going to collections.
They need to take responsibility!!!!!

I've used Bauer's services a number of times in the city instead of Uber or Lyft, since they provide a higher level of service and better choice of vehicles. The drivers I've had (Javier and Carl) were total pros, and made sure the vehicles were clean, sanitized, and they wore masks at all times. I felt WAY safer in a Bauer's vehicle than I did using other ride sharing services. I recommend Bauer's to everyone I know for professional, chauffeured services.

Went to visit my son in San Francisco and I used Bauer's IT for transportation to and from the airport. Javier was nice, friendly, and always on time! Great job - will use again!

I have booked a few casino trip that I have host in passed with Bauer's Transportation and they were awesome. The bus was clean and the chauffeurs were very professional.

While visiting San Francisco, I used Bauer's Intelligent Transportation to get around town and to/from my hotel and to meetings. Drivers were always very friendly and their technology onboard is top notch!

NEVER AGAIN. Buses smell like sewer and their heater didn't work. Such an unpleasant experience.

I booked Bauer's this past weekend for a group transfer to SFO. I have to say the service that was provided was superb. The driver was on time and had a great attitude. The shuttle bus provided was clean inside and outside. I would definitely be using Bauer's in the future for our transportation needs

After dealing with Jerico, we will never do business with this company again.

I thought public transportation in this city was supposed to be green to a certain degree. It parked in my bus stop and reeks of deisel. I am having a coughing fit from a form of pu lic transportation. Thanks Bauers.

I can not tell you how stressful it is setting up a company outing. With that being said, Bauer's staff was so accommodating it was like all I really had to do was call and voila! Nothing but helpful, skilled, and efficient employees made my experience using Bauer's services a breeze! Would most certainly recommend and use again!

was looking for a shuttle for my daughter s home coming for a bunch of them to go and be safe that night. Bauer s were responsive to my requests via email, arrived early for pick-up plus made a call to make sure they were ready and see if they needed anything. and the shuttle was clean and comfortable and very luxury.. What I like is they called a couple days prior to confirm pick-up time and address. The once the home coming was over on the time set with them. The driver called again when they got to our venue to let them know he were there ready when they were.. The driver was courteous, friendly and he told us (mothers) he would keep an eye on the kids for us. Now that is service. They were slightly more expensive than other companies I called. But when I look at all the options and they offered us and the quality, safety, on time how do you ever put a price on this. Bauer s came highly recommended for some friends and now I see why. Thank you for making the event so fun.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They rented two vans from our company for months, and then proceeded to stiff us on payment for over $10k. Nothing but empty promises and ignored messages. Totally screwing local small businesses without shame.

I am writing to you to inform you about the amazing service I received from Bauer's Transportation.

I will call on Bauer's IT again for all my transportation needs..For the past few days I have been attending events for the Super Bowl with some of my staff. We have been driven by Bauer's IT black car service. I just wanted to take the time to say they provided excellent service. The driver Mike was always on time, but more importantly, he had a contagiously cheerful attitude. My experiences with him would brighten my day and re-energize me after a long day at work. His attitude went a long way.

I appreciated his service so much that I felt the need to go out of my way to recognize his great work. I just need to tell someone what service we had. My staff had such a great time and we will always book with Bauer's IT.

Great experience (have to say we didn't actually use the bus). Worked with Kelse. She was able to fill my request for a 16 passenger sprinter bus quickly and easily with only a few days until the bus was needed. She was kind and helped me cancel my request when our reservation for the destination for my fiance's birthday went awry. I will be sure to use them in the future (I have to say another transportation company in the Bay area was not so nice). Kindness and trying to meet the client where they are at goes a long way!

Our driver showed up early to where to pick us up. I was amazed to see our bus so clean like they show on the website and the driver well suited up. It really was a great experience and professionally well serviced from booking to riding. We'll gladly use them again and again!!!!

Used Bauer's for airport transportation to SFO. Driver and car were mindful of COVID, and was a great experience, would use them again.

Reserved a car service for a day of wine drinking in Napa Valley. From reservations, to the friendly driver arriving on time with a very clean vehicle to a safe day. Can't thank you all enough!
