Pooh .... it has not gotten better with the new cook. Last night, December 22, reserved a table for 2. I had chicken with brie and my hubby had a trio of Pastorie. It seems as if they buy a bit cheaper and don't season the meat well. The chicken and other pieces of meat on the skewer were tasteless, as if it was just fried without anything. Because of the sauce it still tasted something. My chicken was still raw inside so it went back to the kitchen. When it came back, by the way, it was dry chicken, my hubby had finished eating and I still had to start. In the meantime, someone from the ministry came to ask if everything was satisfactory. What do you think? Hubby has food and I don't .... we had a really nice dinner together. It is a pity that they do not play smarter by taking both plates back to the kitchen. The food quality has really deteriorated. A shame because it is a beautiful location.

Super tasty food in a cozy atmosphere! Friendly staff who even see you laughing through the eyes with a face mask on! We will be back for sure.

Enjoyed high tea with 2 people. Two rounds: one savory and one sweet afterwards. Everything delicious. Savory round the drinks were original and much too large. Half way, rest home. Sweet round tasty but that was just grand dessert and had nothing to do with a high tea. High tea was completely different than on the website. Staff very personable and entourage sit.

Very good food we had a chateau briand super meat. Also very welcoming and good service. A very attractive building in the center of the village.

Little bit of faded glory. No more what has been. Food of lesser quality, slow service (yesterday were understaffed but have experienced this before) Yet had a pleasant afternoon but that was largely due to our table mates

Friendly service. You have to wait a while, but the food is delicious. Highly recommended :)

The number of chairs on the terrace is large, the service is friendly, but there were far too few waitresses. Waiting a full hour for your order is just bad. My motto is: many chairs, so a lot of service!

On Father's Day, the service was extra bad.

Delicious lunch, tasty coffee and the restaurant radiates cosiness. The terrace is also great for sun worshipers as well as for shade lovers. The service is friendly and very smooth. Menu offers plenty to choose from for lunch as well as for dinner.

Saturday had a delicious High wine. Cozy atmosphere and a top location for a drink or a party! I definitely recommend it!

Lunch (waldcorn bun with carpaccio) was delicious, but the service leaves something to be desired. Maybe because I was only alone and did not look very charming (due to my bike ride), the waiter thought 'I don't make any money on that'. I was openly ignored on both occasions when ordering and at checkout. Because the sandwich tasted really good, I wanted to give positive feedback. Unfortunately at the checkout the best man didn't even ask if everything was okay. (Which is usually asked before you pay) When I was already paying, I said 'Gosh, they usually ask how it tasted', then the man said irritated 'well I wasn't ready yet'. Then I gave a compliment about the food, but the man's face clearly showed a great disinterest. As far as I'm concerned, that only earns this store two stars!

Make sure you have eaten well in advance because the order can take so long that you almost starve. Food is usually good but it is sometimes quite disappointing.

Wonderful place to enjoy Burgundian. In the new part bubbled and eaten pinxtos. Use is made of high-quality ingredients and plenty of choice. Atmosphere also very nice, very chic warm space. Recommended !!

Vegetables undercooked. Not a good address for real meat eaters. Is very culinary.

This afternoon I had a nice high tea, especially the ones who can have everything. The sweet portion did not take into account the desire for milk-free dishes at all. When we mentioned this, we were offered a smoothie and a bowl of melon (which was quickly taken from the Albert Heijn), otherwise no tasty alternatives. The milk-free dishes had mysteriously disappeared from the cooling. Reimbursement was low, while 2 people had half a high tea. At checkout we were told that it was difficult to take into account so many wishes, perhaps an idea to indicate this during the reservation, then people still have the choice to enjoy a high tea somewhere else and the disappointment is not so big...

The place to be, for cozy eating and drinking. Very nice and tasty menus. Very nice service, and the decoration of the restaurant is top notch. Especially at this time it is very important to feel good in a great environment with your loved ones. It is the perfect location.

Huge setback. Have to wait more than 1 hour for a large plate with a little bit of pasta and very little gambas and steak tips. We did not receive the drink we ordered the second time. And to top it all off, the very young waiter wanted us to pay for two completely different drinks than we ordered and drank. When we said we were disappointed, his only comment was 'we can'. So we will not come back here.

Really good food! I was pleasantly surprised, I chose the different snacks. So you had a lot of different choice.

De Pastorie has an extensive terrace with umbrellas in the center of the market.
Friendly service, excellent menu. We were served a good lunch. It was wonderful to be there.

This afternoon after telephone reservation a few weeks earlier had a high tea.
When booking clearly indicated that people are pregnant and whether it was possible to take lactose and pork allergies into account.

This was not a problem insured.
It was crazy that already in the first round with the savory snacks no alternative snacks were for the indicated intolerances. Only a chicken fillet sandwich instead of the smoked salmon and carpaccio sandwiches. Oh and a few olives.


The rest again no alternatives.

This of course immediately reported to the staff. That this was requested and that it was not taken into account that we could not eat anything with a number of people.

The excuse was that there really was taken into account but that the lactose free appetizers (in mysterious ways) had disappeared. Very crazy!

After another wait time came alternatively one tray with cantaloupe and a smoothie which were removed after some explanation yet as quickly at AH.

I really hope you realize that all this of course is really annoying!
And certainly hope that this lesson is taken from other people coming.

It is such a very expensive paid high tea.

It really is wiser if you can not comply to indicate this demand.
That would have been great then we would have picked out another brasserie.
All this to prevent disappointment.

I used to be very enthusiastic about the parsonage and dishes because what you get tastes delicious.

But after this experience, especially after it was said when you came on a weekday was no problem, but on Sunday it's busy ....

I still think all this you did a few weeks ago ....

We had lunch today at a quarter past twelve we ordered brie sandwich with walnuts and a farmer's omelette without mushrooms and with white bread and extra white bread for an hour nothing more ordered a drink received a bottle of sisi that was four months past its date received a new bottle but no food yet i asked for the bill and suddenly there was food well over half past one brie sandwich was good but the omelette was with champions and with wholemeal bread but no extra white bread asked for the chef but he did not come all in all a bad thing and those two guys walking around there still have to learn a lot. They don't see us there anymore, you are really just a number

Service was bad, waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich and then also forgot the sauce.

You place an online reservation, then you arrive on site and you get to hear that online reservations nothing is done. Worthless!

Nice atmosphere and delicious dining in the brasserie and on the terrace. Women's fashion with exclusive brands in the adjacent store. And all in a prime location, in the lively market and in a beautiful building that exudes history. Recommended in Rooi :)

The Pastorie has been a household name in Sint-Oedenrode for many years. For a drink, a cup of coffee, lunch, dinner or just a break on the beautiful terrace, you will always receive a very hospitable and friendly welcome. Since February 2018, a very luxurious stay in De Kardinaal is also possible. In this attractively decorated room with an exclusive appearance, we enjoyed a grandiose '5-course disgust dinner' with a group of 38 people. The entourage, delicious food and great staff have made our (company) party a great success.

In short, if you are in beautiful Rooi, then you should definitely visit De Pastorie brasserie!

Good food, but the service was incredibly bad !!!!
When I reported this, I got a surly response back: "we can, we have done our best"
No interest whatsoever was shown in why we found this.

The control cannot run with trays and places the trays on the table when serving. Empty glasses are not included. And you have to ask for a drink yourself.
The table is cleared without asking if it was tasty.

Great place to be on a warm summer day on the terrace or for a well-cared for lunch. We were there for a birthday party.
The party was catered by the staff very attentive. Great.

Place on the market for lunch, could have been decorated a bit more tastefully with the fair.
