Wonderful place for the kids but the breakfast we found not so great with bad coffee.

Celebrated 90th birthday and was super cared for ...

Blonde skinny tailed manager was INSANE unfriendly and ruined our entire experience in the restaurant. Very rude, unprofessional. The people next to our table also complained about her incorrect attitude. Shame on the restaurant!

Yesterday 2/4 went to eat in Loteling Schilde and is really an absolute must! We first drank something in the outdoor bar that was great! The service went super smooth! Then we were brought to our table and we enjoyed a delicious meal there too! Food was super tasty was served quickly so no long wait! This place is definitely recommended and we will definitely be back!

Definitely a top place for good food and fun for the kids. Our girls can't wait to go back.

We were after a funeral. The so-called "coffee table". Was a buffet though. Really finished! Tasty, well cared for and abundant. Worth five stars. A few months earlier we were for a birthday party. Then the service was not great. Not enough of everything either. The last table could no longer enjoy everything.

New name new owners and nice playground, but that's about it ...
Buitenbar is a kind of tent village inside it is downright uncomfortable a kind of refectory. The operation is slow and clumsy. The toilets are either out of order or downright dirty. The salad with chicken tasteless the croque monsieur tastes like cardboard. You would say who can help a croque monsieur to damnation? Well the lottery can do it ....

My daughter took a Thai beef, to start with there was a green worm in the lettuce!
In addition to that, she fell ill at night. Furthermore, the service was painfully slow, the draft beer lukewarm and pale.

Ok food, service could be a little more friendly .. All in all a nice evening.

Very tasty! Smooth service, perhaps a little too loose ... Super cool design, a bit difficult to fit between the very close tables. Price-quality certainly in order.

Nice restaurant or just nice to have a drink. Nice to stay outside with children because there is a playground and lots of outside playroom with a nice big terrace.

Nice interior, very cozy. Service mediocre, very busy and not enough staff so maybe not really the fault of the staff but more of the management.
Food could also be better. Both starter and main course were moderate. Scampi Loteling eaten and was a cornflour sauce with flat mushrooms, ... Could be better for a simple dish. But to drink something prime location and very cozy!

Went to the Loteling yesterday hoping for a fun and enjoyable evening. That turned out a bit differently. We had been given a high table outside where absolutely nothing could be desired. The big problem, however, is that there is a plague of wasps that are quite aggressive. The waiter had put burnt coffee beans on us in an attempt to keep the wasps away, but that didn't stop them. We then moved to a table where there would be less problems with wasps. Nothing is less true. When I asked if we could sit inside this bot was refused. The reason is that the waiter did not like to disinfect a table 3 times. I understand that this is not fun but being constantly bothered by those aggressive insects is not my idea of a quiet pleasant evening. So you see that if it is not your own business, you are not going to make any extra effort. We then went to the Agos where we were welcomed with a smile and where we were still able to enjoy our evening. For Agos: 10 out of 10, for Loteling a big fat zero in terms of customer friendliness.

DJ plays good music, although the music is too loud and secondly the heavy tones hurt the guests' ears.

Food was tasty. Prices are ok. The service is very friendly but amateurish. The organization related personnel should be better. Staff enough - and existing staff can not do any table properly with the necessary drinks and any extras like french fries or so. There are better things for those prices. Visited on a Sunday night with group.

Perfect, cozy, good service, something for everyone

Price quality out of proportion. Ordered main course, we had our meat for ten minutes but they forgot fries. Ordered ice creams for dessert, they forgot cream. No fresh beer on the terrace, only fresh beer from the barrel

Long wait for everything, fish was still half raw and waiting for chips took a long time so that fish or meat was cold.and music installation was broken.ni fun if you have a party with 30 people

Apart from 1 friendly waiter, terrible service. With less than 5th of the tables occupied, you have to try to attract the attention of an employee for tens of minutes before you can order or pay.

Quality food absolutely below average and way too expensive for what it is, haute service that is nothing, endless waiting, wrong bills and orders. Avoid unless you want a huge playground for your kids but that's it.

Bad service from the bar. Time and again we try to come for a drink during the lunch break on a working day, we give it a chance every time, but every time it is handled badly: either the drinks don't come, or 1 comes and the rest doesn't, or comes half an hour and a half later, and then it doesn't have to be natural anymore. Quality coffee leaves something to be desired. Lunch break = limited in time, but for just a drink that should not be a problem.
Very sad affair. Ashamed, the more we are regular visitors. Also to bring the bill one is clearly not in a hurry, having to wait endlessly several times. Last time we just stood up, put on a coat, and then they quickly came to take the bill.
Apologies can hardly be removed. Occasionally people say sorry.
Make sure you don't have to say sorry, and manage your staff better, I would say. I certainly don't give a tip here, no way.

Very nice restaurant with a nice, half outside, bistro. The food was delicious and you get a lot. And they make their own iced tea (see photo). The staff is very friendly and parking is no problem. What else do you want.
