Went to the Loteling yesterday hoping for a fun and enjoyable evening. That turned out a bit differently. We had been given a high table outside where absolutely nothing could be desired. The big problem, however, is that there is a plague of wasps that are quite aggressive. The waiter had put burnt coffee beans on us in an attempt to keep the wasps away, but that didn't stop them. We then moved to a table where there would be less problems with wasps. Nothing is less true. When I asked if we could sit inside this bot was refused. The reason is that the waiter did not like to disinfect a table 3 times. I understand that this is not fun but being constantly bothered by those aggressive insects is not my idea of a quiet pleasant evening. So you see that if it is not your own business, you are not going to make any extra effort. We then went to the Agos where we were welcomed with a smile and where we were still able to enjoy our evening. For Agos: 10 out of 10, for Loteling a big fat zero in terms of customer friendliness.
