Yesterday we had a bad cartridge, unfortunately a mistake in communication. But after a phone call, an employee came to deliver the cartridge on the way home. We are very happy that the agenda etc. could still arrive in the mailbox of our members of the VVE on time.

(think of the messages that you get fresh in the supermarket tomorrow) Closing the website is nothing more than imposing your religious convictions to the realistic 90% of the Dutch.
What an incredible inflexible organization is the Office Specialist. If you want something new they are at the front, until you want to terminate your contract yourself then it is formally kept to contract dates. And this while they themselves have left the chances. For the office specialist, customer interest is therefore only in its own interest.
Always correct treatment and thinking along with the customer.
