I have several objects for rent in Amsterdam and Den Helder. I have all these things carried out by this office and I am very satisfied with the service. As an investor I am always amazed at how tenants deal with things from other others. Apparently it is most normal in the world for tenants to think it is their property and to treat it that way. I just want to say with this: A story always has 2 sides.

They have helped me tremendously in urgent time. Even after a few months my bathroom, kitchen and everything was tackled up to a new central heating boiler. Soon the top floor because it needs renovation. Martijn and his team respond quickly to messages and address the problem quickly. Highly recommended !!

Unlike other companies, this company responds immediately to an application. Clear explanation of the method and you can see from this company that they are really busy with rental. For me as an investor this is a must! Worked with many real estate agents in the past, this company really understands the rental needs. Not a single star if it could. These gang of scammers just aren't worth it. The rental home was left clean and tidy. Afterwards, so-called 'cleaning costs' were charged. Rental deposit still not refunded after more than 8 months. A lawsuit seems the only way out.

Simply 5 stars. For a very involved organization, which made time and space available to guide and inform us during the holiday period.

I rented here from March to November 2020. I am very dissatisfied. My 800 deposit was refunded after 10 weeks (after many dissatisfied emails and phone calls). I paid a monthly advance of 80 for heating costs here during the summer. I have never seen this money again. Martijn is difficult to reach and his administration responds curtly. I do not recommend this mediator!

Meanwhile had contact with the rental housing broker. They admit that they have not acted properly in this regard. I have been promised that e.e.a. will be settled without the intervention of the judge. That sounds, wait and see if everything goes as planned. From 1 to 3 stars.

Unfortunately we also have experiences similar to those of Ruud Lava. Despite commitments, the deposit will not be reimbursed. Ultimately, a lawyer must be brought in, nevertheless they train the process. They also still charge brokerage fees to the tenant. This club thinks and acts as if they are above the law. A good organization for homeowners, but as a tenant: stay away from this!

It is very sad that after two years no maintenance can be carried out on our house. It is more human to let customers live in such a house. Feel really sad that this company does not take its own initiative to contact and arrange maintenance.
The boss of the company is aware of the state of the house but does nothing about it. And if you ask to do the maintenance, there is apparently no money. Sad really sad. That company if it has no money to carry out maintenance.

Bad service, difficult to contact unless you write a negative review. They only paid after I promised to remove my review.
