Get your story straight. My Dr. ordered a crown and was told it would be 2 weeks. OK but I'm traveling and leaving the day after your 2 week standard delivery time line so how much for a rush I ask? They would not say. OK, well let me know. Then they call. When are you traveling again? Oh, now the 2 week date IS the rush delivery date and that will be an extra $130. Slippery Slide.
We have been partnering with DDS for years now and they do a great job. If ever something needs to be fixed or retouched they go out of their way to make it right. We recently had a training led by Michelle Brockman from DDS who visited with our office and gave some really great tips and tricks with scanning. She is returning to do some more hands on training with our team members next month and we are excited as she is filled with so much information!
