Currently renting a home. Had to have Don from Dave Jones come out and take a look. We are also experiencing some unseasonably warm weather in late September. I was also heavily pregnant and not wanting to sweat through the night. Thankfully we had a quick response to help our family out.
I use DJ Inc. extensively at work and also use them personally for HVAC. In all circumstances, I have found them to be professional and reliable. Don, the tech that completed the AC maintenance this week at my home was very helpful, and went out of his way to look at a few factors relating to our AC unit. DJ is an outstanding and well-run local company...keep up the good work!

When no one else would come out... Dave Jones to the rescue. Everyone else is like oh we don't service those sorry. Manufactured homes in this area have sort of a stigma that no one wants to tackle. Little did any of them know that it was probably an easy fix everybody's like all we can't get parts. Well there are a lot of units that you can't get parts to especially now so why not at least try.

Dave Jones did HVAC installation in my home. Over the next two years, we needed two services. In both times, the issues were resolved. We're happy with the service department.

I shouldn't have to clean up after these guys! Last week, Rodney install my smart thermostat and had his shoes on the whole time...he even walked over the rug where my toddler usually plays. It's just careless and unprofessional. Yesterday, Peter installed my water softener and made a mistake and installed a water heater instead. He gave me a discount and installed both (water heater and water softener) but I also had to clean up after him. He was 15 minutes late, also wore his shoes the whole time too! There was dirt, salt, and some shavings off the copper pipes left behind. I had to mop and vacuum after they left! IT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I was so disappointed and annoyed I just wanted it done and for them to leave!!! I have been using Dave Jones for a couple of years now but I will no longer be using their services. I shouldn't have to just deal with them to get the services done.

Finishing my basement and contracted them for plumbing (roughing in) basement bathroom. Jodie Wilson was fantastic. I can not say enough positive things about his work, attitude, quality and knowledge. As I'm going to start finishing neighbors basements as well I will sub contract Dave Jones and request Jodie every time.
