Scammers with very bad customer service, you cannot contact them, they are hiding behind no reply emails. Bought a laptop from Best buy Online, clearly shows description, and I was sent the item with wrong content, and now cannot get return authorization, have been chasing them for two days now, it is Christmas time, bought the laptop for my son who is starting university in January, and now this, they have my money, and I cannot go elsewhere to buy a laptop until I get my funds back.

Worst service I ever got in my life with these guys. They sent me the wrong item and will not respond to my messages and don t answer the phone. Please respond to the message I sent through Best Buy please. Sent you multiple messages and you are not responding.

Avoid this company at all stakes. Very unprofessional company, slow service, doesn't cover defective parts and they full on snapped a piece of my laptop off then sent it back to me. I even have picture evidence. Save yourself the headache and never give them your business. I will never trust them with such expensive merchandise ever again, please do the same.

Ordered a laptop with a 512Gb SSD and received one with a 1Tb one! Unfortunately the stylus was missing when I opened the box. I called them and spoke to one of their employees who was very apologetic. They overnighted me the stylus and I got it the next day. I don't judge companies on their mistakes, I judge them on their performance when fixing those mistakes. These guys blew me away and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a computer from DCR Systems through BestBuy. The computer had a hardware failure in less than 6 months. The company is unreachable. Phone calls are routed to voicemail. Emails are left unanswered. I would definitely avoid dealing with DCR Systems again.
