I bought a computer from DCR Systems through BestB...

I bought a computer from DCR Systems through BestBuy. The computer had a hardware failure in less than 6 months. The company is unreachable. Phone calls are routed to voicemail. Emails are left unanswered. I would definitely avoid dealing with DCR Systems again.
