Unfortunately my experience was not as good as others. Problems with decoder. Needed some help as new to DCC and in verge of giving up. Initial email was helpful but subsequent ones ignored. Not very impressed at treatment of potential long term customer. However shop supplying faulty dcc concepts decoder very helpful in replacing it. But experience with DCC concepts itself was not so good which is a shame.

Declaring an interest, I live next door. DCC s showroom and general presentation has become a visitor attraction than adds greatly to the already splendid appeal of the Settle-Carlisle railway.

I haven't visited the showroom, but have used their services via the internet and Royal Mail. Excellent products and efficient service from start to finish. They (Chris) are helping me with the wiring needed for a complicated set of pointwork, and they even seem to enjoy doing it . If only everyone could be this good .
Wonderful welcome, offered a hot drink. The salesman talked to me one-to-one all the time I was there, telling me about their manufacturing and choice of products to offer.
This is a thoughtful company that provides railway modelling items and tools that other manufacturers don't offer.
The salesman was happy to open packs to show me what is included and why. He had an intimate knowledge of new product lines, and the shop is setup with numerous demonstration displays.
It was an illuminating visit.
