Was coming here regularly for almost a year, never again. Know-nothing staff, dry/stale product and rude management. In short - Trash.

This is literally the only dispensary I come to, not only for the good product but for the amazing customer service. Everyone there is always so friendly and easy to talk to. They also offer discounts and a rewards system to save you money. Keep doing a great job guys!!

The employee are usually pretty cool but they have to be for a paycheck. The selection never changes. Half of the employees have their masks under their noses so don't tell me to cover mine after not doing so since the masks started . Twas a pleasure doing bidnis wit u

A multitude of great choices. Friendly people. Delivery is always quick Prices sometimes a little steep. But you get what you pay for. I thoroughly recommend DC Collective. And have many times.

I would normally give a 5 star rating as I am usually very happy with the service and products. However, the last time I was in I purchased a disposable vape pen. I had no idea that it has to be charged as there was nothing in the box to charge it. I have no way to charge it so I am out the $32 or so dollars it cost me. I asked about it today when I went and all that was done was showing me a cable that I need to charge it, they would be letting their vendor know and a disc. on a future one. Why would I buy a future one when I can't use the first one?? Again, I usually am super pleased with this place but with barely getting by in these times, $32 is a lot to throw away. P.S. I am sure I will not get a response to my review. I came back to see if there was one.
