The driver who came to tow my truck was polite and competent. Efficient.
The office gent and owner Michael were both phenomenal in their help in getting my car primed from engine leakage. They also went out of their way to give me a fair price on a messy job.
My car was kept safely in their lot for 4 days. All my belongings were as they were when I left the car in their care.
Overall I was quite satisfied with their service.

Had an accident and a bystander had connections with puddle jumper so they were called. I went to their yard in Goshen to gather my things after only about 14 or 15 hours. The vehicle had been gone through already. They did have the one thing I really wanted in their office but anything else in the vehicle was forfeit. I was not allowed to gain access to the vehicle. I was in the process of giving one of them my insurance information for their billing process and another guy came over and decided to get involved and he terminated the conversation and went in the office. The oinly thing I got from my vehicle was the one Item I asked for and no other opprotunities. As an afterthought, my prescription glasses were damaged by the airbags but probably repairable. they were forfeit also.
The response I got from the owner talks about the incoming call. The first contact I had personally with puddle jumper was the following morning when I went to Goshen to retrieve my posessions. I was never offered access to my vehicle. My vehicle had been gone through by 10 am the following morning. There are still things I should like to retrieve ( a title to a vehicle that was being dealt with was ln the front seat and never mentioned ) there were electronics and I am sure other things that I will remember as time goes on. Even a box with my stuff in it that I could look through would have been acceptable. Very questionable ethics here.

So I just had an issue with a vehicle I sold several months ago. It was towed in and apparently was still in my name Sage was extremely helpful in sorting out this matter and helping me release interest of the vehicle. I am very grateful for her willingness to be flexible and help me sort this situation out.

Micheal and his state of the art tow machine the infamous Puddle Jumper towed me out of a perilous situation I gotten myself in going over Willamette pass in my big rig after a couple of my chains fell off and found myself SOL. Micheal and what seemed to be a his extremely experienced partner Eric not only where exceptionally professional and kind, but made me feel like part of their family, they gave me a state of the art headset to wear to better communicate with them and even burger joint recommendations for when I get down the mountain. Eric even fixed my broken chain and if it were up to me Eric would be promoted due to his professionalism and experience. They basically saved my life and if I'm ever in a slicky situation again I know who to call. Thanks again Micheal and Eric

Great customer service and really reasonable prices. The driver was very punctual and respectful. My kids enjoyed watching him load our car onto his truck and he was really friendly to them by waving and acknowledging their attention. I ve used them before and I will continue to use them when needed!

Was there for a insurance company to take pics of wrecked semi trailer and they were very nice about it let me walk around by myself great people they know how to treat people with respect .great little tow yard.
