Had an accident and a bystander had connections with puddle jumper so they were called. I went to their yard in Goshen to gather my things after only about 14 or 15 hours. The vehicle had been gone through already. They did have the one thing I really wanted in their office but anything else in the vehicle was forfeit. I was not allowed to gain access to the vehicle. I was in the process of giving one of them my insurance information for their billing process and another guy came over and decided to get involved and he terminated the conversation and went in the office. The oinly thing I got from my vehicle was the one Item I asked for and no other opprotunities. As an afterthought, my prescription glasses were damaged by the airbags but probably repairable. they were forfeit also.
The response I got from the owner talks about the incoming call. The first contact I had personally with puddle jumper was the following morning when I went to Goshen to retrieve my posessions. I was never offered access to my vehicle. My vehicle had been gone through by 10 am the following morning. There are still things I should like to retrieve ( a title to a vehicle that was being dealt with was ln the front seat and never mentioned ) there were electronics and I am sure other things that I will remember as time goes on. Even a box with my stuff in it that I could look through would have been acceptable. Very questionable ethics here.
