Great, good variety too, although assistant didn't realise how rude she came across, i used a customer chair to sit on to try boots on, lady came over & said ohhh you haven't moved my stuff have you? I replied no there was nothing on here, carried on trying on boots, then realised she'd taken the box for Boots, when i said excuse me is that the box for these boots ? Replied Yes i needed a box, wandered back to me with box saying needed one for my tickets (incidently was not once asked if needed any help)

The entrance badly needs de-spidering and a coat of paint, but they sell good shoes at great prices!

Amazing choice of good quality shoes, great sale at the moment. Pleasant, helpful staff. The only problem for some may be climbing 25 steps to get there.

Excellent range of shoes in stock, at reasonable prices.
Staff always helpful and polite.
Coronavirus measures in place and adhered to. Felt safe to shop there.

Firstly the staff are very friendly and helpful!!
A good selection of mens, ladies and kiddies shoes trainers slippers and sandals. Also for the ladies they have some unique handbags. The prices are certainly reasonable ranging from budget to the higher end products.

This review is for the wide-fitting shoe shop which you access through the reception area of the factory. We've been in the other area before but not recently but, basically, there's a good range of shoes to choose from in both places.

In the wide-fitting shoe shop there's a really good range of styles and someone on hand to measure your feet properly and look out stock for you to try. It is worth checking for the opening times before you visit as they are certain days only but when you get here, it is worth it.

Definitely worth trying if you have a job finding good wide-fitting shoes. This may well be your solution!!!

The stairs are a killer but I found some footwear so as they say: "There's no gain without pain"

Good selection of variously priced slippers, shoes & boots.

I got some school boots for my daughter and they have lasted ages - much better quality that the ones I usually get!

Very helpful staff, huge variety of shoes, sandals, boots and handbags. Only the steep stairs may be off putting to people with disabilities.

Purchased just what we wanted ladies earth spirit comfy sandals and wide fitting boots for my husband

I went sandal shopping, but only visited one shop! I was able to find exactly what I wanted and ended up buying two pairs The staff were very friendly - chatty and helpful, without neglecting other customers. All in all, a very happy and productive experience! Would definitely shop here again and recommend it to others!
