They were right on time. The driver was fantastic. I highly recommend them for your shipping needs.

A question in attention to headquarters. Do you guys have a special training for your drivers, or something??? Every single driver i meet on the road, no matter its OH or Chicago area, drivers have some kind of a special behavior on the road, being very RUDE & DISSRESPECTFULL!!! Y'all guys Dayton Freight drivers need to share the road & respect your fellow driver, since you're not the only one out here, & we all do one thing...trying to feed our families! Be SAFE!!!

DFL is a very customer and employee centered business. Take care of your people and they'll take care of your customers. It's great to work here. More than that, the company culture is centered around taking care of our customers.

Ok so DFL INC. calls me and arranges a delivery at my residence. I took annual leave time off from work and came straight home to be there at the agreed time. I waited patiently for hours and the truck never showed up. I called the company and said "hey I've been here waiting for my delivery and its not here yet whats up?" I start hearing a bunch of excuses of what happened and why my purchase is still sitting on their loading dock. WAIT WHAT? When you tell somebody something and make an appointment to deliver their goods, keep your word or get on the phone immediately to let them know whats happening. To say the least, I am VERY.DISAPPOINTED in their service! Its not like there was a weather event or anything like that so its a rating of one star from me and they don't even deserve that! BOOM!!!
