Ok so DFL INC. calls me and arranges a delivery at my residence. I took annual leave time off from work and came straight home to be there at the agreed time. I waited patiently for hours and the truck never showed up. I called the company and said "hey I've been here waiting for my delivery and its not here yet whats up?" I start hearing a bunch of excuses of what happened and why my purchase is still sitting on their loading dock. WAIT WHAT? When you tell somebody something and make an appointment to deliver their goods, keep your word or get on the phone immediately to let them know whats happening. To say the least, I am VERY.DISAPPOINTED in their service! Its not like there was a weather event or anything like that so its a rating of one star from me and they don't even deserve that! BOOM!!!
