Good location, near all small shops with fruits, chips, pharmacy...McDonald's)
quite for family with children, but food an restaurant 3* without kids menu. No aquagym, no show at evening. Nice heat Swimmingpools 1for children and 2adults and cold aquapark is funny. Only 1 all inclusive bar works near aquapark and it closed at 22.00. Courteous Barmen.
February 2021. 2 families from Ukraine with children 11 and 12 years old.

Hotel location is excellent, in lively area, sandy beach allows swimming
The food is medium-sized even the portions are very small, and we have to queue to get a piece or two

Worst hotel i visit ever sonce 13 years ago.. Meals are so poor. Very expensive. Rooms is not big enough. No clean. Poor behaviors. Won't visit again. And not recommend to anyone for any time

Bad treatment of unprofessional staff specifically the front desk (they not follow protocol of corona of wearing face masks )

No welcome drink no cold or hot towel
They have NOTHING
This is not a hotel may be this a hostel or motel
Wi-fi is with charge they said on booking its free but they charge 50 LE per day

This one star is for house keeping guys they try hard to do their job RESPECT

amazing place in neama bay. private good sea and underwater you can see colord beautiful fish and coral reefs. there are 2 swimming pool ( heated) . Hijab is allowed . room is very good
restaurant is very good with wide variety of food.

Arrived at the hotel by 18.00. We settled as quickly as possible, brought luggage, which left the driver of the transfer near the entrance. The guy who brought the suitcases, first asked for a long time, checked everything, and then just became and stands, and here it dawned on us that he was waiting for a tip. Buffet of salads, hot dishes, chef on the grill grilled chicken and meat. Everything is edible and tasty. In general, there were almost no questions on nutrition. The same type of salads, appetizers. There is always rice / potatoes and the chef prepares hot pasta on request with a red or white sauce for the guest. There is a table with fruit, there is a choice of melon / banana / oranges / tangerines / guava / dates. In the morning there is a table with pastries: croissants / tarts / burgers. There is a breakfast cereal system, with a choice of milk or yoghurt and jam or honey in small packages. At breakfast there is a coffee machine and a choice of 5-6 types of coffee drinks and tea. The water in a separate unit is imported, you need to have your own bottle and you can dial yourself at any meal or at the bar without any restrictions. At the request of the breakfast, the chef fries the egg and pancakes. There are days when the menu is better, we hit when octopuses were given for dinner and grilled quails were roasting for dinner. Sometimes they bake tuna or some white fish in batter. Often there is a beef in a roll, stewed in pieces or just fried. Once there was a liver on the grill. Chicken in batter, fried or in a hot dish like meat. There is always a choice of chicken / beef / fish. During lunch and dinner, they pour local alcohol, sweet drinks, something like juice of very bright colors. Local alcohol is very weak, took gin and tequila several times, it tasted like water. Upon arrival, they gave us a free drink on the bar, some components were poured from ordinary plastic 0.5l bottles without inscriptions.
From 10 to 23 hours there is a pool bar. There, too, poured local alcohol, you can get water and tea / coffee. From 16.30 to 17.30 there is a bun or cupcake. Poured without restrictions, the bartenders love to chat, so that no problem always pour. Barna Beach is open from 10 to 17, from 12 to 13 there is a snack: salads, pizza.
The sea and the pools are open until sunset. The beach is well equipped. There are stationary umbrellas and deck chairs. At the entrance to the beach give towels on the cards. Animators are working on the beach. Very nice guys, they danced several times a day with the whole team, invited everyone to free entertainment: morning exercises, water aerobics, darts, Zumba lunch and yoga, sometimes volleyball. The beach is sandy, but there are small corals. Different fish swim right near the shore, they swim up directly to people. A little further you can dive with a mask - very beautiful fish. In continuation of the theme of animation, I will say that the animators are good, but the program in the evenings is generally weak and, unfortunately, was boring.
The hotel area is beautiful, green, there are several places for recreation. Throughout the territory there is free Wi-Fi, even on the beach by the water, at the reception they give a password. On the territory of 4 pools, one heated. Around the main pool is an ensemble of single-floor rooms in 2 rows and two three-story buildings. Single-floor rooms have access from two sides and a table with chairs for sitting in the air. The room stock is shabby, the furniture is whole, but it is clear that it is shabby and scratched. The bed and towels are clean. Bathtub sit, shower on top, everything worked. A huge mirror in the bathroom and a sink that looks clean, towels - 5 pieces (for two), there is a stationary hairdryer. The tile in the bathroom is average, there are cracks and chips. In the room 2 sockets, we were not enough. Built-in air conditioning, quite noisy, but you can sleep. Room cleaning every day.

I sogiornato at this hotel several times, I had the room at will with such warmth even in Italian, wonderful location for the tranquility of living, excellent service at the hotel and on the beach, beautiful sea with so much marine life, quiet pools in wonderful sunny afternoons, I speak of my stays neli months from February to March.

Nice hotel but not very good not expensive service is good but there's not activities , the food is not very good but the beach is good

One of the finest resorts is characterized by tranquility

We were there this summer, on the whole it deserves 5 but some precautions should be taken. The animation and a good part of the staff also speaks Italian, but the really important thing is that they were very nice especially with the Italians. Located in an excellent position, it allows you to reach one of the busiest streets with a pleasant walk. We found out that it was the first resort to be built, we really enjoyed it.

The hotel is good, the beach is sandy. On the beach, coral is dead. A little farther in the sea better, but still not impressive.
