Dayhill group was a impediment to prompt pay by the client on our project. Insisting on a burdensome process and changing their required forms almost every month. They insisted their requirements based on SBA requirements, but the 7a requirements don't reflect their burdensome process. All in all, a huge obstacle within the process.
