About da Woods Web Design
da Woods isn't just a trademark. It's also a real place -- five and a half acres tucked away on the northern edge of Iowa City, Iowa. For business purposes, it's just me: Kevin Crawley. I've been using computers since I first arrived in Iowa City in 1978 and getting paid for it since 1991. In my day job, I design, develop, and maintain citychannel4.com.
In my day job, I design, develop, and maintain citychannel4.com. I can only re-design my work site occasionally, so da Woods Web Design was born. For me, web design is a craft requiring both experience and ongoing education, and I like that combination. Some people make furniture; I make websites. I don't outsource, I only take on a few clients at a time, and I tend to work with local businesses and non-profit organizations. But I've also done everything from web sales sites to author pages to personal blogs, and I'd be happy to talk to you about your requirements.
