Pool is dirty the complex is not gated, the hallways and stairways are nastty. It is described as luxury and it definitely is not

Terrible Management company of the apartment complex that I live in. Does not fix any problems with their buildings and is impossible to get ahold of. DO NOT live in one of their buildings. We have had a fire alarm issue which you think the company would take seriously. It has gone off several times in the middle of the night but yet they refuse to fix any issue. 5 times in less than a week. 11:45pm. 6:45am. 11:45pm. 4am. 7:45am. Shameful. Irresponsible. Not to mention disrespectful to the fire fighters who have to suit up and rush out to our building each time to shut off the false alarm. Disruptive to the residents for not getting a good nights sleep and especially to our pets who freak out over the alarms. To you in the corporate office this might just be some small issue that you don't want to address or don't seem to want to throw money at to fix. But for us who have to put up with it on a daily basis it makes our lives hell and I can't express how angry these alarms make me feel. Your apartment complex is going to have a 0% occupany rate soon so there won't be any others to do good by. I have heard a lot of chatter of other residents moving out soon and I sure will be one to follow before the end of my lease. We as residents are joining forces and collective bargaining will be in full effect.

Very disappointed after 2 years never had a problem, all of a sudden the manager at Venue at Richmond decided he wants my family and I to move out during the holidays and while dealing with cancer, he lied to me several times and basically made me feel unwanted, I regret referring my friends over I've never been so humiliated in my life until now, please don't bother with this company they don't care about the tenants, well at least at Venue they don't. I was so wrong for loving this place ,my son with Autism is very sad that we have to move change gives him anxiety but the Manager said it was not his problem and he wanted us out!!! Im too tired to investigate if this is legal or not my energy is gone dealing with this sickness but Im certain God will take justice into his own hands with this guy, he is absolutely EVIL.

This company sucks! Did a bad job managing the property at 13099 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077 . Then when I moved out nothing but lies to try and get money out of you. Don't do business with this management company they get a F.

Read your contract before signing any contract David Development owns. We had a section in the contract which stated we have to pay back all concessions in arrears if you break the lease. This means if you rent an apartment for 1.5K and they gave you a $500 concession because they can't rent the apartment at 2K, then upon a lease termination you have to pay $500 * Number of months you paid rent, plus the one month extra of rent.

I've worked for Davis for 4 years now and enjoy the family style culture. The company itself is small but growing rapidly. What I enjoy most is the ability to work hands on with each department through each stage of development, bringing the properties to the management stage. Many things have changed in our management and marketing department since I started working here and we've implemented a ton of new technology. I value the ability to pitch new ideas and be part of improving our operation on a daily basis. I feel appreciated and valued as an integral part of Davis and look forward to many more years of growth through strategic changes.
