a huge selection of different teas which is really convenient! + incredibly helpful and friendly staff!!!

I was here the other day and the sales associate was amazing. She was quick to offer us a sample of tea, quickly informed us about the promotion going on with the travel tumblers and teas and promptly gave me space to browse. Upon picking the items I wanted she was friendly and efficient with the check-out process. Great customer service and products are super cute and yummy as always.

So many choices of tea , and the customer service is perfect always! I recommend it .

The girl who works here is very friendly. They have a huge variety of best quality teas here. I ordered green tea and it took a long time to recieve it. This place also has other attractive products for making and storing Tea, especially for tea lovers like myself! There are many customers in this place but not always crowded. Clean and well maintained too

Gave us more than asked for... didn't see until afterwards that they took a 50g bag and packed it to 114g...

The customer service could be better, but I generally enjoy David's tea.

This place has so many different selections of tea that I can never manage to make a quick decision. The staff are very knowledgeable in the types of tea that they carry, and always willing to let you smell it and sometimes even taste it if they happen to have some brewed up. In the summer, it is a great place to have an iced tea.

DAVIDs TEA at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre offers the usual, vast selection of teas typical of all its subsidiaries. Although this locale is smaller when compared with other locations, their service is friendly and helpful. The staff do recommend a variety of alternatives to assist in finding the right one for your palette.

Although prices are not discounted for some teas, e.g. Matcha, they do have well-offered prices on seasonal items.

I always stop at this location when visiting the mall!

It's smaller than some other locations but always has my favourite herbal teas.

Tea selection was alright, store deco was nice too. The service is terrible though, super rude staff who don't want to answer any of your questions and cut you off. If you want to be treated like a human being then don't go here for your tea.

I bought two cups of green tea today, and the cups that the clerk gave were leaking. The boiling water inside had flowed through my cracks to my hands. The tea was not so good. It really tasted very bad.

Very friendly staff with a good vibe. They know how to explain all the different flavors and Origins. Prices are somewhat on the expensive side, however sometimes they do have specials on loose tea. Although I find the loose leaves a little bit on the expensive side, they do have good deal of the day specials if the location subscribe to that. This one didn't.

Update: a big thank you to the instagram team for responding so quickly and escalating my concern. Also another thank you to the customer service team for providing a satisfactory solution to my problem.

I had initially a bit of a hiccup customer service for an *online* order. This happened during a pandemic when most businesses were understandably under a lot of stress (understaffed, closing locations, health precautions, etc.)

It seems that it is not in Japan yet, so there were many rare teas. Cute logos and goods with POP

Poor customer service. Very slow. I was second in line but had to wait 20 minutes to get my order because one lady wanted to smell the whole damn store. Could you not multitask while she was deciding on a tea? Smh

I don't know about the taste yet (cause I bought tea as a present), but I'm sure, they're as wonderful as their pretty boxes)

As an avid tea drinker and buyer, I could not believe the level of disappointment from today! The young man behind the counter had no idea what he was talking about, gave me the wrong information and clearly had no interest in talking to us. I was so disappointed... it will not deter me from shopping at David s Tea, however, I will not revisit this location.

Excellent selection. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. You can ask specific questions and they will help you find the right tea. They will also help you get better value for your money.

Very good teas. I like the organic ginger tea, best ginger tea I had. But expensive.

Usually I like Davids Tea, and any location I go to everyone is so lovely and friendly. However there is one employee at this location who seemed very rude. He wasnt very friendly, he looked at me and my friend like everything we were saying was stupid. He was very fake. We were happy to get out of there has fast as we could.

I live in Vancouver but visited Toronto for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was having a pretty terrible day, but saw this store and went inside because I knew it would cheer me up. The two girls were super nice, & while I learned my favourite tea (Movie Night) was discontinued, one of the girls helped me find one that was just as good if not better (Maple Syrup Oolong). Thank you so much for being the best part of my day <3

Definitely happy that I stopped by today! Its my first time buying from Davids Tea and I had excellent service by one of the employees, Joey I believe was her name. Super sweet and very knowledgable on teas, I was super impressed by how fast she was able to locate and pull teas off the shelf that would help with my dieting problem. Very high level of professionalism shown by this employee. Will come again!

Second time same location bad customer service experience! I go specifically for a certain kind of tea. Until I finish what I bought I will find a way to make my own tea. The hassle I will go through is definitely better than having to go again to that location

The enthusiastic employees really make a difference when it comes to sales - I just love coming in here and hearing histories and benefits of different teas, so I've made it my daily routine to come here and grab a cup of differing flavours.

They are always more than happy to fill the counter with 20 different tins of flavours so that my picky sense of taste can be satisfied.

New to tea myself and stopped in here. Staff was beyond helpful and incredibly friendly.
