Purchased a home in St. John s county. Lynn was the best realtor we have had. Moved from out of state. She is there for you 24/7 whenever you have any questions that come up. She made the buy easy. Any military affiliates we would highly recommend her for you to use.

When looking for multiple pieces of property in the St Augustine area, about 6 or 7 years ago, Jennifer Todd came highly recommended to us. We contacted Jennifer from our home up north and gave her an overview of what we were looking for. Jennifer agreed to meet with us right after our plane landed. We were looking for both a piece of property to purchase and a condo. Jennifer had everything lined up for us. She was efficient, very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the properties we were looking for. We ultimately purchased both land and a condo. After coming down south to golf for a few years, we decided to build on our land. Jennifer gave us information on builders and ultimately introduced us to the builder we chose. She was available for whenever we had a question or concern regarding our build. She has extensive experience in the industry and was an absolute pleasure to work with. After we bought the home, we used Jennifer as a resource for local vendors and workmen; she's got a "guy" for everything! I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone interested in buying a home in this area.

Davidson Realty and especially their agent, Shannon Rodriguez, are simply awesome! We purchased a condominium in Palencia and aside from one visit, had to accomplish every task involved in the sale remotely. From the opening negotiations, to the home inspection, appraisal, attorney communications, closing procedures, Shannon's knowledge, attention to detail, and hard work ensured a seamless and stress free purchase. Where Shannon has excelled more that any other real estate agent we have ever dealt with over 60 years, has been her follow up efforts after the sale. She has willingly and happily followed up on every question, recommended and arranged new service providers, and coordinated the change over of utilities and HOA transitional concerns. We could not have made this purchase without Shannon's tireless efforts. Her dedication and results reflect great credit upon herself and of the quality of the entire Davidson Realty team.

Sam Davidson of Davidson Realty performed the nearly impossible during the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic lock down. At the time we were living in our seasonal home in SC, and looking to buy a replacement property in the St. Augustine area. Sam worked with us to identify the perfect condominium, and then went to work finding subcontractors for our inspections, coordinating the necessary site visits and follow-up, which were no easy tasks given the restrictions in place at that time. Sam did a masterful job throughout the process, was exceptionally responsive to both our and the sellers' needs, and successfully brought us to a seamless closing within 29 days, start to finish . I would highly recommend Sam Davidson and the entire Davidson team to anyone looking for professional and knowledgeable representation when buying and/or selling a home.

In 2014 I was moving from San Diego, CA to JACKSONVILLE, FL. I had no realtor in Florida so my California realtor found Lynn Whitley for me. She was and is AMAZING. She made the fast move so easy and seamless. She went above and beyond her job to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my new home. At that time I promised her that I would call her when I got ready to retire from the military and leave JACKSONVILLE. I kept that promise to her. She came right over and got started. She was always available day or night to answer my many questions and to ensure I was comfortable with the process of potential buyers coming to view my home. I moved out of my house prior to it being sold and I did not have to worry one bit about anything. As I was traveling to my new home in Mississippi she took care of everything, even while she herself was on vacation. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new home or thinking about selling their home. She is beyond wonderful and pleasant to work with!
