They are flexible and able to do whatever type of event you want for your guests. Easy to work with and very reasonably priced! The food is always the best and service provided is great too! Highly recommend!
Davian's did a fabulous job hosting my daughter's wedding reception! Guests raved about the food & service. COVID threw us a lot of challenges but with the help of Davian's we were able to overcome all of them. Amy & Phyllis are very professional, organized and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this wedding venue.

The vending food/sandwiches are decent when they actually put some in the machine, this morning there were two sandwiches in the machine. they did their weekly visit today, left the two sandwiches from a week ago and added FOUR items. (see picture; just filled an hour ago) This is a weekly occurrence`plus you'd better have exact change or be prepared to get A LOT of nickles and dimes OR pay a premium to use a credit card. Put a $5 bill in the machine for a $1.75 sandwich and got back $3.75 in NICKLES. We've told our management about it many time but it never seems to change. Also the soda machine "dollar bill" taker is anything but. I've put FIVE different dollar bills in trying to get a soda, It rejects every one of them. Poor service, poor machines.
If you are a small to mid-size employer, Davians is NOT the company for you! I was told how good the service and the food would be, however if the sales do not meet their expectation, they continue to decline. It is nearly impossible to get more than a case of soda for a 2 shift, 60 employee shop on a weekly basis. They do not supply any paper products even though they have food in their vending that requires some sort of utensil. Service calls, which are very frequent will take days. I highly suggest checking out other vending companies. I would not have even given them 1 star, but you can't submit.
Their prices FAR exceed the quality of their food. Their prices have nearly doubled within the past year. Several wedding reception destinations have removed them from their 'preferred' catering list. I would advise the same...

We went to Davian's for the Mother's Day Brunch, as we have done so for at least the past 5 years. It was just terrible and at $42 a plate, we expected so much more! The breakfast sausage was the pre-cooked kind, the pancakes were dry and rubbery, the cheesy cauliflower casserole was made with processed cheese, they had cheap chicken nuggets and "box" type desserts (i.e. commercial macarons), the fruit was not ripe, etc. Omelets took forever because the staff had absolutely no idea how to use the portable burners. My in-laws paid well over $500 for us all to eat what was mostly a bunch of premade garbage. We made some inquiries with the staff, and were informed it is under new management this year. Never going back again! What a HUGE disappointment for Mother's Day!

Our machines are usually empty. I called and others who work here have called to make complaints. Called yesterday and it still empty today. Prices are too high can't read food labels in the machine when there is food in it. Watched a truck two days ago come from our other plant next door and they didn't bother to stop here. Horrible customer service.
Davians did a great job at our wedding! They table linens were neat and everything looked amazing. You get so much with your package. Not only did we get apps, salad, bread, entree and coffee, but we got a late night snack (sandwiches) and dessert spread (in place of the cake cutting fee since we had cupcakes)! They were very friendly and flexible. Thank you!

Mother's Day brunch. Couldn't refund one seat even tho a family member was ill. Food is meh, nothing special for 42 dollars. Mimosas are good and the staff is pretty friendly. Not worth the money considering I paid 84 dollars to eat for one.
Vending service is the worst! Machines out of stock all the time. Filled put numerous slips for refund and even posted to there website to contacts.....owe me alot so I refuse to use any longer and will tell others to not use them. Horrible service!!

We had our September 2020 wedding at Davian's and they did a wonderful job. Amy and Phyllis rocked it!! Even though covid through a few kinks in our planning Amy made it as easy as possible, and tried to make it not very stressful. She was easy to get a hold of when needed and did everything she could do to help us in the planning. I would recommend having an event here.

I'm recently engaged and me and my fiance came into Davians just today. This was Our VERY FIRST wedding Venue location we were looking at We walked in happy and excited and Then that went away quickly. Heather the Event Coordinator seen us come in looked right at us and went back into conversation with a client she was with, Not a Hello. not a someone will be right with you... Nothing!
Me and my fiance sat in a corner for Over 30 minutes while employees walked RIGHT PAST US AS IF WE WERE NOT EVEN THERE.
AFTER WATING AROUND NOT EVEN BEING ACKNOWLEDGED FOR OVER 30 MINS, WE LEFT.
NO WAY WOULD THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY BIG DAY. IF THE PLAN WAS FOR US TO FEEL UNWANTED THEY SUCCEEDED.
GREAT NEWS IS WHEN WE LEFT WE WENT TO OUR SECOND VENUE APPOINTMENT AND THAT VENUE WAS PERFECT FOR US! SO I'M GLAD THEY WERE RUDE CAUSE IT HELPED ME TO FIND MY PERFECT VENUE.

Prices fairly high for what you get. They do not allow you to take home leftovers even though we paid for them. When asked if a small take home box could be made for a 93 yr old relative who could not be there for her sister's memorial lunch, employees denied the request stating it was against restaurant policy...WHILE THEY WERE EATING OUR LEFT OVER FOOD in front of the person asking! Terrible. No response to my email complaint either.
Davians is a great organization, top to bottom! They are professional in everything they do and provide quality service, every time! I would recommend their services to anyone in the greater Milwaukee area!

Just started working at a company that uses Davians for its lunch machines. The food is good but 50 cents to a dollar for than where I came from. Overall, I can't complain.
Food was delivered and set up on time. It was not only hot but delicious.
If I could give 0 I would. I was guest at an event there and Amy was very rude and seemed to rush us. She not only took control over how things were going; (apparently the way the event planners wanted it done wasn't good enough) her and her staff went into our quarters rummaged through our items, while the event was taking place and no one was there. We should've pressed charges it's illegal to go through someone's stuff without them present or without permission. That is very unprofessional and frowned apon.
While we were dining not finished with our deserts yet she instructed the bus boys to come take our water glasses, while we were still using them. When I asked to keep mine, and asked who told you to do so, he pointed at Amy. He also stated, "I was told to take glasses if you were done or not there are plastic cups you may get at bar." What!?! The amount of money spent on venue that was outrageous.
After the toasting and all, I went to approach Amy only to find she had left for the evening. Ah now I understand why we were rushed, she was ready to go home. Very unprofessional, and I think she should be reprimanded.
Anybody thinking of renting venue, please check other places. Yes it is a beautiful place but the customer service you receive on your special day will disappoint you and your guests.
On two recent occasions I have been lucky enough to experience Davians....my niece's wedding and a catering at my place of work. I must say they could not have been better. From the courteous and knowledgeable staff to the delicious food served it met all expectations, and probably a little more. I would not hesitate to use Davian's for any future events. Thank you to Davian's and their wonderful staff!!

Had a whole long review on here about how they don't seem to stock things when they sell too fast for their liking, and/or alternate other flavors in between so one has to buy a flavor or variety of snack they don't like to get to the one they like... and how if you complain about such things their stock people, or the owner, tells you not to tell him how to run his business. Had a response on here urging me to contact them to discuss said review like they're this caring normal company... but it's all for show. I did so, had a brief back and forth with a customer service rep, was told the problems would be looked into, etc. The lady even said she wanted me to come in to discuss the issues in person. I don't need to drive 30 miles and meet in person, when a normal company would just address the complaints in a way that shows they respect and care about their customers. Ultimately I decided to remove the review thinking things would change. Now 2 weeks later, they filled the one machine that sat empty forever, which now has 2 rows of flavors and variety of some mostly the snacks that don't sell that much.. and to top it off the items at 2 facilities they were alternating flavors on (that they didn't start alternating flavors on until they started selling a lot of, or were asked to stock more because people liked them)... they just did away with altogether. The funny thing is this rep told me they use a forecast of some type to tell the stock people how much to stock. Must be some forecast if magically all the stuff that people like they start putting less of in. Then when you talk to a customer service rep and she says she'll look into it, the liked items disappear altogether. The main reason I removed my first review was because after talking to her, I actually gave the company the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was solely employee/stock person related, and not just their normal business attitude. Guess I just find it surprising as I've never seen a company be downright rude to their customers or give them the big middle finger basically, and stay in business.
Very overpriced and subquality food, sometimes its ok but its always hit or miss. I just ate a chicken sandwich that looked and tasted like the chicken was from 1995, might need to let the boss know I might be taking extra bathroom breaks this afternoon. Oh yeah and the chicken sandwich was $4.25! A McChicken from McDonalds would have tasted better! Also, the cottage cheese, fruit and other perishables do not have any sort of expiration date on them so your always left wondering.
