I just recently bought a F-150 from Dave Sinclair Ford.
We walked up to the door not knowing we needed an appointment to enter the building. My wife and I walked away about to get in our car and Tyler Gray ran out and stopped us.
He was extremely friendly and let us look at several different vehicles. We test drove one truck and bought it the next day. Tyler was very informative about all the aspects of the truck. He was very helpful though the entire process. My wife, who hates car shopping, felt very comfortable this time, Tyler made her feel included with the process and answered any questions she had.
If you are looking to buy a new vehicle from Dave Sinclair Ford, go see Tyler Gray! You will not be disappointed.
Also the finance person Adam Roberts was great as well. Very helpful and knowledgeable with everything.

So in love with with Dave Sinclair Ford. Best service I have ever gotten from a dealership sale people are so nice. Even the managers are willing and ready to help you. As a female it is easy for us to get over looked when we have a man with us but once they knew the car was for me. They focused on me and what I needed and wanted out of a car. Even tho I couldn't afford the car I really want they found one I could that I love (2020 ford escape) Tyler gray was my salesman he is awesome. So helpful and made easy and fast. Thank you so much

I initially entered the service dept and had a issue that concerned me a great deal. I addressed the service manager Thomas to explain to him my concern. He immediately took care of the problem and offered me sincere apologies. Made me feel very valued as a customer and took care of my oil change in a timely manner. Thomas was very professional and very courteous in regards my feelings. Thanks again Sir for exceptional customer care.

Buying a new vehicle is always a stressful event. Chad and Tyler were patient when I was indecisive, reassuring when I was hesitant, and calming when I turned angry due to my own misunderstanding. I ve always known Sinclair to be a low pressure dealership. Chad and Tyler were no exception to that. They both took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and I didn t feel rushed. More importantly, they re good people who ll keep it real with you.

Worked with Fred in a limited capacity, but interactions were thoughtful and a reminder of why I keep returning to Dave Sinclair Ford.

I went in to drive and possibly buy a new truck ($80K+) today and my experience is consistent with the other times I've been in to buy a vehicle - they just aren't trying to earn my business like other dealers. After spending 30 minutes looking for the truck and driving in circles around the lot the salesman finally determined the truck was out getting a lift installed. No additional follow-up or inquiry of how they could earn my business, just said thanks and that was it from the salesman. I expect and experience more/better from other Ford dealers. Sinclair is my closest dealer so I'd love to support them but I just can't when they don't act engaged to sell me a vehicle costing so much. I'll take my business to another Ford dealer...again.

I gave them two stars because I have had a few service items performed at Sinclair and my experience was satisfactory.

Purchasing a new can be stressful but everyone was friendly and
helpful, especially our salesman Joe Gordan. Thanks to Joe we got a good deal. The lifetime power train warranty was a pleasant surprise. Would
definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We had a wonderful experince buying our 2021 Ford Escape. Joe P and Tommy were so easy to work with. Joe was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to help get us into the vehicle. Joe and Tommy stayed late, worked hard to get us the best rebates, and trade in price. I am thrilled with the car and would recommend anyone to head straight to Sinclair Ford and ask for Joe.

Our salesman Chad was awesome!! He made purchasing our Mitsubishi Outlander easy. In and out in 2 hours. Love the car. We plan on trading in another car at Dave Sinclair Ford this week.

We bought our 2019 Ford Escape from Dave Sinclair Ford 2 weeks ago. So far we are very pleased with our purchase! Joe, the sales man who helped us, was very helpful with keeping us on track with what kind of payments we wanted and also the kind of vehicle we wanted with low mileage. He was not "pushy" at all! We have bought our last 4 (now 5 vehicles) from Dave Sinclair Ford. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to visit Dave Sinclair first. They have never let us down!

Tyler Gray did an absolute killer job on making sure I left with my dream 2021 Mustang. I will definitely be going back for all of my Ford needs!
