I just bought a new 2020 Escape from Peter at Pirro Ford. What a great experience! Honest, upfront and willing to go the extra mile to find something that suited me and my budget. Can t say enough good thing about my experience. I love my new car! Thank you Dave Pirro Ford for treating me like family.

Salesman was very attentive to our needs and we bought a vehicle that fit well. The dealership and people here are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Purchase was smooth and easy. Will return for our next car and recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Ford cars are great, but their customer service and service department are terrible. I've been a life long Ford customer. I will be looking at Dodge and Chevys for my next truck.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Brought my vehical in for service under an extended warranty when shop called me to tell me what was wrong, I told them that was not making the noise I was hearing. They told me it was and it would fix the issue. I picked the vehical up 3 days later and didn't even make it 5 minutes down the road turned around and went back telling Jason the service manager that the vehical was not fixed ! They then told me to bring the vehical back a week later, after I insisted that a tech ride with me at that minute to hear the noise that truck was making. The tech hears the noise and apologizes for not hearing it in the past 3 days they had the vehical. A week later then I call and to make sure they have a car and nope. Let's rescedual for Friday 10 days after it should have been the first time, and when I ask about other jobs that needed to be done not covered by my Warrenty and you couldn't get return calls from Dan or Jason. They still have not fixed what my vehical went in there for, refuse to now if I do not pay more $. I will definitely take my business elsewhere along with all my Ford family. As well as have filed a dealer complaint with ford aginst them. Wouldn't take your vehical here unless you want to pay tons of money and be inconvienced!

Purchased my second vehicle from Dave Pirro Ford. Matt Ammann was the salesperson for both deals and he is knowledgeable, personable, professional and truly has the customers best interests at heart. The finance manager (Matt) and sales manager (Peter) are also a pleasure to work with. I also have enjoyed quality service on my earlier vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle!

I was visiting Skaneateles for July 4th when on the night before I was to drive to Virginia I had an issue with my F350 Diesel. The wrench light came on and it went into limp mode. This was at approximately 3 PM on Thursday and I was due to leave Friday morning. I went to Dave Pirro Ford and after hearing my trouble Diesel Technician Kevin Finney came to my rescue. He hooked of the computer and drove around with me for 40 minutes in order to replicate the error code. He then fixed the truck first thing Friday morning. When I arrived Friday to pick up the truck he said he noticed the car seat on the back and took the time to drive the truck for 30-40 minutes to make sure I would not get stuck on the side of the road with a baby. First class service for an out of town visitor. I wish I could give them more of my business. Overall an excellent experience.

this review shares my multiple service visit experience at dave pirro ford in skaneateles, ny.
march 2013 i had and oil change done on my taurus x (i usually do these myself, but it was way too cold outside)
when i brought it home i checked the oil, it was overfilled by one full quart! i just drained out the extra quart, and i didnt say anything to the dealer (although i should have). im glad i checked it, it certainly would have done engine damage over time.

may 2013 my second visit involved my fusion, this was for a set of new tires to be mounted and balanced.
upon recieving the vehicle i found scratches all over my aluminum wheels from the mounting or balancing machine. and a ton! of grease and oil stains all over my carpet (light tan carpets), due to the poor workmanship, i decided to check my wheel lugnut torque, and not to my suprise they were torqued to only 40-50 ft. lbs! very dangerous!

i promptly brought the vehicle back to complain, where the service managed told me they would fix the wheels and remove the stains on the carpets. and they still havent made good on their promise.

needless to say you would be well advised not to have service work done here, they have proved themselves to be incompetent at best.

Lack of effort and loyalty to customers who have already bought from them. It's a one and done place. They give no deals and are only out for their own pockets. Their cars and truck selection lack upgraded and higher models and they only want you to buy their vehicles on their lot.

Dave Pirro Ford ALWAYS bails me out of trouble. My cars emergency notifications were lighting up and I stopped there, they assured me they could find the problem, explained how the various notifications are linked. They found the issues in 15 minutes and I was on my way with a loaner. Always the best place to go with my car!
