One shopping place. However, some items has poor Quality.

Has lots of building and diy stuff from cement, wood, doors, lights, powertools, tools, ladders, bbq, bathrooms, aircon, pipes, brackets, screws and nails, tiles etc. There is also a small cafe and toilets. Free water and ice tea. There is also good parking but the shop does get busy so sometime you need to wait for a space.

They all have the appliances you need. But man power and customer service is not really that good. With too many employees. I noticed there were customers who went unnoticed, like me. the employee is just hanging out, but when it comes time to pay they well entertain you to scan their I.D badges on the receipt.

City Hardware has a great range of product, especially for home builders. In particular the range of floor tiles, ceilings, doors, bathroom fittings and kitchen fittings cannot be beaten. Their prices are also mist competitive. The quality of service was first class with all staff I encountered being friendly, courteous and most helpful.

Staff were accommodating. They will even guide you from choosing to the process of paying in the cashier and will even carry your purchased materials to your vehicle. Heads up lang sa magpa mix ng paint, there's a lunch break for the assigned personnel there. So better go there before 12 noon or after 1pm.

Poor service and most of their display items either out of stock or slightly damage. I salute Mr. Hardy for helping us it seems he is the only employee in Citi Hardware Matina Branch who is dedicated and love his job.

The place is almost complete, all your hardware needs.

It's really convenient, almost complete stuff for the house, construction materials, kitchen, bathroom coordinates from small to big accents, garden stuff, tiles for indoor and outdoor, chandeliers, literalky from small to big stuff. The ready made kitchen cabinets are really big solution for me, can be easily installed and price is reasonable. Service is good frim some staff, especially Lucio of citi hardware ecoland who attended and gave us more infornation so we can choose well. Some staff especially the ladies are not so friendly, they just stare at you blankly.

Good prices and mostly available itims you can find there.

Does not have all the materials for most DYI projects. Sales agents are not so helpful.

Very poor customer service. Worst hardware ever..... salesmen don't have sensitivity and blunt..not worth to shop at.

Place is huge but you can't find what you need easily . Employees should be trained on all kinds of products offered in the store so it wouldn't take too much of the customer's time just by answering a few questions about a product.

Staff seems always busy. I am a regular customer at any citihardware branch but the branch that i hate to visit the most is matina branch.

The place looks understaffed.I noticed some areas have more than 2 agents while others have none...in a lot of areas, agents were busy talking with co-workers rather than guiding customers. It was a good thing that stuff were well arranged..so it was easy to find the things i need on my own.

Good choices and you can get most of you construction supplies here. The check out counters are so much slower than the EDSA traffic. Its is quite frustrating. But everytjing else is good . The staff seems not to care for customers that are not big soenders. If uoure just looking for a piece of something the srvice is halfhearted.

This hardware is nice. Very kind to their customers and easy to deal with especially when it comes to returned items. Though a little bit expensive but worth buying for.

Convenient to shop. Plenty of parking. They have everything but almost double the price compared elesewhere.

I bought ceramic tiles from the Marina store. I paid for delivery but their delivery truck did not have personnels to unload the materials! I had to find people to unload the materials...

It's got almost everything you want, need & desire for your home.

Salespersons are NOT customer friendly. They discriminate customers. They only choose who to assist those who are dressed well, well-off looking people. I called for a customer assistant to help me to buy the tiles I need. There was one who promised to come back for me, I waited for almost an hour only to find out that he assisted another customer who came late than me. The one who assisted me is their leader. That took me almost two hours. That time, it was not too crowded. Customer assistants were just chatting in the corners. And most especially, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! Store manager should instill discipline and emphasize good customer service among its employees.

The sales persons were so rude. You cannot ask for their assistance since they will tell you they are so busy.. not going back. No social distancing inside.
