Salespersons are NOT customer friendly. They discriminate customers. They only choose who to assist those who are dressed well, well-off looking people. I called for a customer assistant to help me to buy the tiles I need. There was one who promised to come back for me, I waited for almost an hour only to find out that he assisted another customer who came late than me. The one who assisted me is their leader. That took me almost two hours. That time, it was not too crowded. Customer assistants were just chatting in the corners. And most especially, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! Store manager should instill discipline and emphasize good customer service among its employees.
