Tried to bring in my computer to fix and they sent me home. Turns out the guy from Videotron said it was my modem that was a little wonky. He ended up get me a replacement. That guy deserves 5 stars.

The worst!!! Constantly trouble shooting at Brampton Civic Hospital. I have to do this for my mother who is a patient there! You have to be present at the hospital to continue the service! Why on Earth can you not purchase more than one week? Standard hospital Wifi is FREE in Toronto Peel Region needs to wake up!

Terrible service at Vancouver General Hospital. I purchased the "Premium" service, which was falsely advertised to allow 3 devices to connect. After being kept on hold for 30 minutes I finally got through to support and the false advertising was revealed; one device only. "Premium" service is rated for 5mbps up and down. I rarely experienced these speeds. Almost always lower even with no concurrent network traffic. Service was consistently interrupted.
And the free service? 512kbps up and down?! Don't even bother. Worthless service.

If this is your only option for internet service, do yourself a favor, and read a book. Unless, of course, internet speed that rivals the days of dial-up modems is your thing, by all means, this is the company for you.

This past January, during a hospital stay after emergency surgery at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga, I was relieved to find that the hospital had WiFi, and chose this as an option to keep myself entertained while I recovered. I happily handed over my credit card. Less than five minutes later, I realized what a mistake this was. To say the service was poor would be being generous. Trying to view a program on the WWE Network, I was met with constant buffering, and got the same result trying to watch Netflix. No later than fifteen minutes later, I called to ask for technical support, and was told they would improve the signal. When this did not work, I gave up and asked for a refund, which I was told would be processed immediately.

About a month later, I called to ask about the refund, which didn't show up on my statement, and was told that it could take up to three billing cycles. So, to be clear, they can TAKE your money the same day, but refunding it for service that doesn't measure up to the amount paid will take three months or longer. I guess they use their own internet service to transfer the funds?

Today, October 4, over nine months later, I reviewed my statements from January on, and still saw no refund come through. The agent I spoke with assured me that this matter will be escalated to management today. The eighteen dollars or so I'm out will not make or break me, but the principle of feeling like I have been taken advantage of is quite insulting.
