DataScan has been a reliable partner for my business. They have people who are present, available, knowledgeable, and deliver on what they promise. We have gotten much more than we expected. Above all, they have qualified people who are available when you call, did I say that already? :-)
This company has unscrupulous business practices. As I had no need for their system. The information stored with the company that I paid for was not accessible. I requested that they allow me to download the documents to remain in compliance with the pharmacy board concerning patient data and MEG refused...stating that if I needed access I would have to pay thousands of dollars to access patient data. Chose another company. This one is unethical.
