Started off good...can never reach a service dept. or customer service rep for help with the account. We have 3 phone #'s to "Account Managers" that are never answered???

Datalot is hands down the most valuable lead source in the industry today where prospective clients are asking to speak with you and getting connected live to you. If you can not close these leads than no coffee for you. Personal quick record for all of you out there checking to see if this lead source Datalot works.. First 10 live transfers: Closed 5 returned 3 (which were rightfully credited back to my Datalot account, thank you very much) 2 still working on them. Hello! Whomever writes a bad review should get a manual labor job or a non sales job or maybe become a doctor, but whatever they do stop selling because if you can't close Datalot leads you shouldn't be selling anything.
Worse live transfers I ever received! Don't waist your money, not worth $60 a lead with their qualification process. Half the leads I received weren't qualified and they refuse to refund them for me. Better off going with All Web leads, cheaper and better qualified and they will refund for the leads that don't meet your qualifications/filters. Very disappointed and a waist of $400, never again!
By far one of the best companies to work with for Live Transfers. Professional all around. They're always quick to fix a problem, if any, and always communicating with us to provide us with the best possible experience. They're 100% invested in our success.
We ask each of the callers what prompted their call and they all say they saw some kind of ad offering auto insurance for $29 a month. I don t know of any insurance company that can properly insure somebody for $29 a month. It s a disservice to the industry and to the clients to make them think that s what they should be paying. I m trying to build a business based on value and taking care of people and this is not the way to do it. I ll build my practice without these guys.
