Waiting in my truck in the parking lot due to Covid19 while my passenger went to an orthodontist appointment. A security officer was taking pictures of all the license plates of the cars that were parked here.

Great location and well managed short term private offices with shared lunchroom and boardroom. Perfect for any small business or a satellite office. Convenient having Tim's, Anytime Fitness, BC Liquor and a Convenience Store in the building as well. Highly recommend.

We use the DataTech Business Centre for meetings. Clean, not dumpy and affordable. Meeting room probably takes a maximum of about 15-20.
