Bill - the property manager supervisor, instead of solving the issue for the resident, shouted or say yelled at me over the phone blaming it is owner's problem not property manager's problem - which is really unprofessional and not solving the issue. It is really bad working with him and his relevant property manager. One star is not even enough.
