Awesome place to work! Pays wonderfully and praises hard work. I have aspergers and found the quiet, yet social environment and repetive yet persistent and detail-oriented nature of the work to be perfect for my preferences, skills, and nature. It's hard work for some, I won't lie! But honestly, I wished I never had to move out of state because this was the best job I've ever had. Would recommend to hard-working quiet types for sure.
Applied here and was told I wasn't qualified for the job . Yet my friend applied here with the same or even less job history as me and got the job. Nice
I liked being able to work from home with flexible hours but had to find something else the overtime was nonstop and after working here almost 12 years earning peace rate, didn't make much more than when I started.
Terrible mismanagement at the Janesville production location. It is hard to believe the government side of company hasn't lost what little business it has left.
I worked here. The job itself isn't bad. Very strict attendance rules. If you have a problem you might as well ignore it because it takes forever to get problems solved. Chaotic.
Too stressful for what it's worth. No work/home life balance. Nosey drunk supervisor for DE.
Run!!! They will feed you BS about "helping the vets." They could care less. You are nothing to them but a replaceable person. It was a joke from the interview to them letting me go. On my first day I even had a ramdom girl tell me to run away. Other times I heard people in the break room saying how much they hated it. Management is a joke. This is an awful place to work.
Solid place to work. Very hard work when you are on corporate quotas though and forced OT stinks. Decent pay and the cleaning folks work hard to keep it comfortable.
I was employed at Data Dimensions for 20 months. They then fired me for "not going fast enough", when I know for a fact I clearly was. For 20 months I had no problems, my rate of production was beyond expectations. The reason for firing me was because I was making to much money per hour off of their piece rate system. After hearing the recent layoff, I had to write this review. Letting go of 120 people without any notice is truly sick. Your expected to give a 2 weeks notice if you quit, can they not have the decency to do the same? And the fact that they had call the police PRIOR to letting their staff know says a lot about this company. The police escorted their workers out of the building and they were not allowed to address anyone. What company does that, call the police on there own workers? Also Data Dimensions was sued last year for not paying their employees the standard per hour the government required. They lost the lawsuit and were forced to back-pay their workers. I get it, sell out your company to Florida and say you still care about your community. I get it, yell at your workers to go faster and faster and then fire them all without notice. I get it, all you our at Data Dimensions is a number and a number waiting to be deleted.
