I was employed at Data Dimensions for 20 months. They then fired me for "not going fast enough", when I know for a fact I clearly was. For 20 months I had no problems, my rate of production was beyond expectations. The reason for firing me was because I was making to much money per hour off of their piece rate system. After hearing the recent layoff, I had to write this review. Letting go of 120 people without any notice is truly sick. Your expected to give a 2 weeks notice if you quit, can they not have the decency to do the same? And the fact that they had call the police PRIOR to letting their staff know says a lot about this company. The police escorted their workers out of the building and they were not allowed to address anyone. What company does that, call the police on there own workers? Also Data Dimensions was sued last year for not paying their employees the standard per hour the government required. They lost the lawsuit and were forced to back-pay their workers. I get it, sell out your company to Florida and say you still care about your community. I get it, yell at your workers to go faster and faster and then fire them all without notice. I get it, all you our at Data Dimensions is a number and a number waiting to be deleted.
