I expect a call back in 5 working days, especially after writing to customer complaints. Nothing at all. Basically, you aren't insured for legal expenses cover as it isn't fit for purpose so i will ask for it to be refunded or use someone else when i choose my insurance.

A terrible experience with this legal expenses firm. Staff including the call centre advisor's, the solicitors and the managers seem to have no training at all. After having so many problems with my claim I asked to speak to a manager. I was promised 5 times that a Manager would call me back and no one ever did. Therefore I googled DAS only to find a number of national newspapers reporting that it's senior managers and chief executive had all been suspended on full pay following an internal audit (and had since resigned) and that DAS as a firm had gone from being millions in profit this last year to a big loss this year, with some millions not accounted for. This firm seems very badly managed and possibly corrupt so I would simply hire your own no win no fee solicitor instead.

I have full commercial cover through nfumutual that includes contract dispute , legal protection, debt recovery and property protection , The NFU does not help you make your claim and DAS give you the run around denying any liability for any of these . It is worse than having no cover as it makes it very difficult getting cover anywhere else.

What a waste of money paying for brakedown cover with these stupid C*NTS, took them 3 days to sort the recovery of my vehicle out, wilst i was stranded at the side of the road with no transport no working phone, no accommodation, in a foregn country. They eventually got one mechanic out that refused to work or even look at the problem for more than 10 minuets, then they got me recovered to a dealership that refused to look at it for anouther 6 days or even push the vehicle out the road. They then said they where going to recover it back to my home address, it's been 3 weeks and still no signs of the vehicle and it's not like they even keep you up to date on the progress.

A Case that should taken 6 months (max) has taken 3 and a half years... and still waiting! Little communication, poor professional advice, all staff seem like lost puppies and are as organised as a tramps suitcase. Once the settlement is disclosed ill compare where it sits in national statastics for time and compensation and let you all know.

I logged a complaint and never received a complaint reference number and didnt have my complaint looked into. They loose your personal details. Then want you to send them again. There is a lady there called Anita and her name is on emails and she doesn't have a clue what she's sent.
If you have a choice dont deal with them.
