There is NO professionalism in this company. HR issues can slow down productivity, decrease employee morale, and prevent your business from expanding.

I applied for software QA and hr person schduled my interview but coincidence same date i have eye lasik operation so i conveyed to HR but she told we hired another person just one day before above conversation. Still same position is open in company

Really bad management. Even this company doesn't worthy for 1 star too. They have the vacancy of Graphics Designer from January 2020 and they still have the same. I don't know what are they looking for or just they are doing time pass with candidates. My experience is the most worst of my entire life. Should be listed in the Black List.

How many times I have applied for a job, but I did not get any response, dspl has come from the company to hear from the dspl employees that there is more work load and salary is also less.

Worst Experience i Had,gave interview,went there from nagpur as they told me to hurry as they would hire anybody else,went there for interview but didn't update me regarding the feedback.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Pathetic management. I have been applying here from nearly a year but no one responds. Every second or third day I see there is a vacancy and every time I have applied but not a single time in last one year I received a response from them. Atleast learn to acknowledge people who come to inquire.
