I used to work for Neurence in the same building but HR was provided by Darktrace, under the leadership of Suzanne Howarth. Two months after I moved jobs, I married we needed some documentation such as signed payslips from Darktrace for my wife's visa application. They refused to respond to my emails and only responded once I wrote a "letter before action". The payslips and documentation came a month late for the visa application and we now have to wait to see whether they will be accepted late. Otherwise, we may have to live apart for a few months or more. This is not a pleasant company to work for or with or do any business with.

Great office layout, nice meeting rooms, good cubby holes for small private chats. Fourth floor will be nice with the terrace in summer.

This company has very strange procedures. Last month I attended a job interview and when I reached the reception it been asked me to sign in using my personal details in a digital device.
It been asked me to use my name, second name, mobile number and email address (all these fields were mandatory) plus they took a photo of me in order to print a label to stick in a badge.
I did not want to argue as I was there for a job interview but now I am concerned about my data and if they are going to be shared with third parties...
