We had an exceptional Hajj experience with Dar El Salam in 2019. Great Customer service and they delivered as promised. Phoned them again for an Umrah package, but could not be accommodated as the group package was full, however Bro. Yasser El Sabbagh wasted no time to customize an itinerary that suited our schedule at a very competitive price. Their ground staff coordination between Bro. Muhammed Asif in Madinah and Bro. Abdullah in Makkah is highly commendable and greatly appreciated. Will definitely use Dar El Salaam for the future and will always recommend them to anyone without hesitation for an outstanding experience. Keep up your outstanding work!.

Went back and forth MANY times and every time they ask for something different!! Making my life difficult , very frustrating honestly

Great company, very organized and keeps their promise regarding worry free arrangements for hajj. The only issue is price as the packages are all very expensive around 15,000-20,000$ or per person (prices on their website are usd)

Absolutely great company. I am going with them 4th time next week. Both Hajj and Umrah trips were just great.

The staff at this office is polite and seemingly professional, but the services they sell are questionable. If you used this agent 10 years ago, they were exemplary. Not anymore. Despite purchasing their best VIP package, we had several issues during our trip. The most serious one was that they dropped us at the wrong terminal for departure from Jeddah, and then abandoned us - did not answer or return our calls. The local contact numbers they provide are useless. In our desperate effort to avoid missing our flight, we approached the immigration officials who were extremely professional and helpful. Dar el Salam had dumped us and left us in a very difficult situation at the wrong terminal.

Other issues: Upon arrival we were met by their agent who rented the smallest possible vehicle which could not even hold one piece of luggage each - a very uncomfortable drive to the hotel. They do not arrive on scheduled times to pick you up - sometimes almost an hour late, even for departure to the airport. The Mazarat tours included in the package constitute false advertising - they rush through a subset of the sites listed on their website. And the list goes on ....

Overall, a terrible and unacceptable experience. We had been recommending this agent to our friends based on our past experience, but will likely not use or recommend them anymore because of what we experienced on this trip.

I've gone on two umrah trips with this agency. They have top notch hotels and busing on the ground in Mecca and Madinah. They have very thorough infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Also I've personally booked tickets with the agency for my trips to Pakistan. Thank you Zafar for all your help

Amazing group, my family and I did Hajj through them for 2018. They were very honest, didn't oversell us, but helped us find the package that worked best for us. The experience itself was amazing, they took care of all our needs and let us focus on the pilgrimage itself. We will definitely be using them in the future inshallah. I wouldn't let anyone I care about use any other travel group for Hajj!
