Totally different class of winery than the rest of paso Robles- and the price reflects it. Well worth it though!

So very special. Views, wine, food, and such great staff! Can't wait to come back!
Our favorite winery in Paso. We tried 5 others and daou is definitely superior. They sat us on the patio overlooking the beautiful canyon view under the cabana. We did the tasting flight and we also got some food. We got the charcuterie board, seafood soup and gnocchi. The food were really good. Very tasty. The wines, we bought some bottles- the soul of the lion. Amazing! We also joined their wine club, excited to come back and taste as club members on some of their exclusive wines.
Beautiful experience! Thanks to Marino and Anthony. All wines are excellent! Highly recommended
Fabulous wines, wine educators, and team members. Views are spectacular and complement the wine tasting and lunch experience. When you go, ask for Ken, wine educator extraordinaire to enhance your time there. Cheers!
We totally enjoyed the wine tasting experience at Daou Winery. This is the top wine tasting venue in Paso Robles, so reservation is hard to get but a must even if you just come to purchase a bottle of wine.
Just as the vineyard has claimed, the venue is on top of the highest hill in Paso Robles and the view is spectacular. With a glass of good wine on hand and an amazing view of the vineyard, it s the best way to spend a late morning.
The wine tasting includes 5 separate pours starting from a light Pinot noir to a French red blend and finished with the Cab estate wine. I like the French red blend the best as it s smooth and not overly tannin.
Our server was amazing and very knowledgeable. We had a good education on wines. I just learned that in order to qualify as estate wine, not only the wines have to be produced and grown in the property but the storage has to be on the same property as well.
The costs of the wine tasting is a bit pricy but it s worth it. You come this far for wine tasting, you should go for only the best.
As the summer is quite hot here, you should come in the morning to beat the heat.
Gorgeous view and amazing service! We felt really special during our tasting here at the vineyard!
A beautiful winery estate set on a rolling hillside in Paso Robles. The wine tasting was fantastic and the food pairings were perfect. A must do if you visit Paso Robles.
Amazing experience, Trey was our educator & he was welcoming, knowledgeable & friendly. This was our first wine tasting experience and we are sure to recommend this location as well as the wines themselves. Thank you Daou for your accommodation. (Belle the cat was adorable as well)
Came here for a girls wine weekend and this was our last stop, and by far our favorite! The place is gorgeous, beautiful estate! Sit outside if you can. Great wine, great views, great service!
