I am writing this as a tenant of 2 different properties managed by Daniel Watney in central London over the last 10 years. From my own experience, each time I contacted them and raised something, they would take care of the issue and send people around to address it. I really enjoyed my time living in their apartments. Nicole, the property manager I regularly spoke with was excellent and always on top of things.
Daniel Watney have been acting for BCA as rates adviser for many years and carry out the work diligently and professionally and we are seeing good results with our appeals. They also manage our rates payments which works extremely well and makes life a lot easier for our accounting teams. Would highly recommend them and our main contact Debbie Warwick.

24.05.2021 Our roof is still leaking into our Showroom. Through electric fittings. DW choose to ignore my emails and neglect to inform me that no-one has fixed our leak as promised. Only when I chase them do I get a partial response. They are hopeless.
We have been tenants of Daniel Watney for over eight years. Their customer service is abysmal. We have had continual leaks. One took over two years to repair. This was water from the waste system of the apartment overhead. It was never treated seriously nor with urgency. And now we have more leaks. They are refusing to pay redecorating costs. They ignore my emails. Do not return calls. Very bad landlord.
One of the last few partnerships based in the City. Service is excellent, beats the big corporates I have dealt with, much better partner led service for us.
