The heat index is about 95 today and our AC went out. I figured out that it was our thermostat, but it is a water furnace which most places don't carry. I called DANCO thinking that I would see if they had one that I could pick up. Long story short, the guy on the phone coached me through what I needed and since I am an engineer I was able to glean enough from a short conversation to figure it out. I went to lowes and got what I needed and fixed it myself for 80 bucks. I was not expecting this person to give up enough information so that I could fix it myself. Whoever you were, I want you to know that I was going through a very difficult morning and you sir are now my hero. I will for sure call DANCO again in the future for all of my HVAC needs. THANK YOU.

Not optimistic about this company. Called today to inquire about having my geothermal system serviced and the female answering the phone wasn t very kind. I got the idea that I was inconveniencing her. I was trying to explain why we felt it needed serviced and she cut me off to ask my last name. Not a great first impression.

Absolutely top-notch service from beginning to end. What a relief to finally find a company so knowledgeable in geothermal. Many companies say they do geothermal (I looked at quite a few), but this company does it correctly. Very impressed with everything from initial contact all the way through install and clean-up. They even assist with warranty registration and rebates. Very highly recommended. Thanks to all.
